Our explosive ordnance reconnaisance and disposal company, the GFKB Gesellschaft für Kampfmittelbeseitigung mbH M-V, was founded in 1990.

EOD engineer and joint founder H.-J. Dosdall was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the GFKB mbH M-V since that time. He could gain a wide experinence of munitions clearance and EOD service over past 40 years in Germany.

Our company has a highly experienced staff of munitions experts, metal detections and EOD technicians and has about 80 employees. We are licebsed according to the federal requirements of § 7 and § 20 of the German explosive regulations, and we are fully qualified to this dipose all types of World War II, NATO, UK, US, Russian, East- and West German ordnance.

In order to be prepared for any situation, our latest state-of-the-art machinary contained:

- Conventional and computer based surface, borehole and underwater detectors for                 unexploded ordnance and mine detection (Vallon, Foerster and Ebinger)

- Multi sensor (Foerster Con 650) technology, DGPS-Locator guided

- Computer analysis with EVA 2000 and Magneto

- GPS surveying (Trimble) and mapping systems

- Special equipment for dub bomb disposal, well rings, sheet pilings

- Different excavators, dozers, wheeled loader, drilling rigs as well as screening plants and    other special equipment with protection against explosions

- Special equipment for raising ordnance from river, lake or sea beds

- Deming equipment

- Chemical warface defense and decontamination equipment

- Chemical detection equipment (Draeger)

 

Since 1998, our company offer government approved trainings courses for § 20 Lincenses as well as advabced and professionell EOD development.
